Assisted living is for Residents who need assistance with activities of daily living including:

How Much Does Assisted Living Cost? 

Costs vary by size of apartment and level of care. Apartments in this area of our community start at $3,400 per month. Every Resident gets a personalized care plan with just the services and assistance that Resident needs. Costs of care services are determined by the services included in that care plan. We do not accept Medicaid, but do accept Long Term Care Insurance or Veterans Benefits.

Can residents personalize their living spaces with their own furniture and decorations?

All of our apartments are unfurnished so that Residents can bring their own furniture and decorations to make their apartments a space they love to spend time.

How is the dining experience structured, and are special dietary needs accommodated?

We serve brunch and dinner daily in our restaurant style dining room. There are daily specials, a soup of the day, salad bar and a delicious assortment of desserts served each day.in our community dining room. We offer gluten-free alternative but are not able to accommodate any other special dietary needs.

Are there transportation services available for medical appointments, shopping, and other errands?

We offer transportation to nearby cities 4 days per week. We take residents shopping, to medical appointments and for local errands.

How do you ensure the safety and security of residents within the community?

We are so fortunate to be located in a small town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Still, we take precautions for to keep our community secure. Our front desk is staffed 24/7. During the day our doors remain open for guests to come in for visits. Every evening we lock the doors and night security patrols the building throughout the evening hours.

Are there any specific medical or healthcare services provided on-site, or do residents need to arrange for outside medical care?

We provide Assisted Living onsite, but that is not medical care. It is help with activities of daily living. For Medical care, Residents go to local physicians. Our small town is fortunate to have a clinic operated by one of the best Medical Groups in Oregon. So excellent Medical care is close by.

Are there different pricing options available based on the size and type of living accommodations?

In our Independent Living section, we offer studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom apartments with a large array of floor plans and prices.

How are pricing increases determined, and how often do they occur?

Price increases occur annually and are determined by our management team. They take into account the US annual cost of living adjustment for benefits such as Social Security.

Is long-term care insurance accepted, and are there any other financial assistance programs or options available?

Both Long-Term Care insurance and Veterans Benefits are accepted in Assisted Living. Veterans Benefits can also be applied to costs in our Independent Living Apartments.

Can you provide information about the healthcare professionals available on-site, such as nurses, doctors, or therapists?

While we have an RN on staff who supervises services in our Assisted Living, all Clinical staff and Therapists who treat our Residents onsite are licensed through Home Health Agencies.

Are there any specialized programs or support groups available for residents with specific needs, such as memory care or chronic illness management?

We do not offer Memory Care or Support Groups for other chronic illness management.
