While we do offer gluten-free alternatives, please note that we are unable to accommodate other special dietary requirements at this time.

Our residents enjoy the convenience of transportation services four days a week to nearby cities. This service covers shopping trips, medical appointments, and local errands, ensuring that our residents can easily access the places they need to go.

Our doors are open during the day for visitors, and at night, we secure the premises while our vigilant night security team monitors the building.

Our on-site offerings include Assisted Living, which provides support with daily activities but not medical care. For medical needs, residents have access to local physicians. Our town benefits from a top-tier clinic managed by one of Oregon’s leading medical groups, ensuring exceptional medical care nearby.

Choose from a range of living accommodations in our Independent Living section, including studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, each with diverse floor plans and pricing structures to cater to various preferences and needs.

Annually, our management team evaluates pricing increases, factoring in the yearly cost of living adjustments, including those relevant to benefits like Social Security. This allows us to maintain transparent and fair pricing for our residents.

We accept both Long-Term Care insurance and Veterans Benefits for our Assisted Living services. Veterans Benefits can also be applied to cover costs associated with our Independent Living Apartments, offering additional financial support options.

Could you provide details about the healthcare professionals available on-site, such as nurses, doctors, or therapists?

While we have a dedicated RN overseeing services in our Assisted Living section, our clinical staff and therapists providing care to our residents hold licenses through reputable Home Health Agencies, ensuring top-notch care within our community.

Do you offer specialized programs or support groups for residents with specific needs, like memory care or chronic illness management?

At this time, we do not offer dedicated Memory Care or Support Groups for other chronic illness management, focusing on providing a well-rounded living experience for all residents.
