A Room With a View

Have the privacy of your own spacious apartment with caring neighbors and our dedicated staff close by to support your independent living. Our independent living offers studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and the choice of a tower apartment or garden apartment. We are an all-inclusive community. Rent includes housekeeping, meals, utilities, and other amenities our community offers.

Tower Apartments

We have a wide variety of floorplans to choose from. Some have views of the surrounding countryside and Mt. Hood in the distance. Each apartment has its own heating and air conditioning controls, kitchenettes, and large closets. Extra storage is available for those who want it.

Garden Apartments

Each garden apartment has its own patio, heating and air conditioning controls, kitchenettes, and large closets. Extra storage is available for those who want it, and pets are welcome.

Can residents personalize their living spaces with their own furnishings and decorations?

All of our apartments are unfurnished so that residents can bring their own furniture and decorations so their apartment feels like a space they love to spend time in and feels like home.

Are there various pricing options based on accommodation size and type?

In Independent Living, we offer studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom apartments with a large array of floor plans and prices. In Assisted Living, we have small studios, large Studios and Cabanas.

What specific services are included in the base monthly fee, and are there additional charges for extra services or care?

For residents in Independent Living, monthly rent includes all utilities (except internet and phone), weekly linen service, housekeeping, robust activities program, 10-acres of landscaped grounds, in-house worship services, library walking paths, exercise class and gym, as well as and 2 meals per day in our restaurant style dining room. For a modest extra charge, residents can get their hair done at our Beauty Salon/Barber Shop or purchase home goods as well as candy and cards at our Sundries Shop.

Are transportation services available for medical appointments and other errands?

Residents enjoy the convenience of transportation services offered four days a week, covering trips to nearby cities for shopping, medical appointments, and local errands. Our goal is to ensure residents have easy access to essential destinations.

What security measures are taken in your independent living apartments?

We ensure the following for the safety of our residents:

Front desk is staffed from 8:30am to 12 midnight
All outside doors are locked at 8pm
Night Security is staffed from 12 midnight to 8:30am and conducts regular security checks around the building throughout each night

In addition, all of our residents are provided with an emergency call button. When pushed, that signal triggers a response from the front desk or night security within minutes.
